These terms apply to shappstore.com and its waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. The shappstore product itself is in private preview and is not offered under these terms.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. It does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular pricing, and it does not create a contract for the product. We contact waitlisted developers in order as capacity opens.

Revenue figures on this site, such as "up to 97%", are estimates. What you actually keep depends on your payment processing costs, plan, region, taxes, and the app platforms' policies, which are actively changing under ongoing litigation. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice.

Don't abuse the site: no automated signups, no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt or probe the service. We may remove waitlist entries that look automated or fraudulent.

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to shappstore. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission. Shopify, Apple, Google, and other marks belong to their respective owners; their use here does not imply endorsement.

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, shappstore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
