Shappstore operates shappstore.com, a marketing site for a product in private preview. For anything in this policy, contact hello@shappstore.com.

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address along with which form you submitted, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. That is the extent of what this site collects.

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path) for security and operations, as virtually all hosts do.

Waitlist emails are used to contact you about early access and occasional product updates. Nothing else. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.

Waitlist data is stored with our infrastructure providers in the United States. Access is limited to the people running shappstore.

Want off the list, or want to know what we hold about you? Email hello@shappstore.com and we'll handle it promptly, including full deletion on request.

This is a draft policy for a pre-launch site. It will be replaced by a counsel-approved version before the product launches, and material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
